The location is perfect and convenient, it's so close to Ipoh parade and most of the famous eatery, taxi from Aman Jaya Bus Terminal and bean sprout chicken rice restaurants, big Ipoh Parade Mall and the popular dim sum restaurants like Foh San, Ming Court. The location was excellent - close to park on the basement, old town popular shops such as Lou Wong bean sprout chicken, and centre of town. Tried some nice meals at Atas Speakeasy, located extremely close to the hotel. I had reasonably priced room with really hot water.
